This notice covers the ReceptionWorks early-access waitlist. ReceptionWorks is in development; joining does not create a product account.

What we collect

We store your email address, the time you joined, and a record that you agreed to early-access contact. We don’t ask for a name, phone number, payment details or information about your customers.

Why we use it

We use your email to contact you about ReceptionWorks early access. Joining this list does not subscribe you to a general newsletter. We don’t sell the waitlist or use it for third-party advertising.

Where it goes

The website and form run on Cloudflare. The waitlist is stored in Google Cloud Firestore with access restricted to the service and authorized project operators. Visitors cannot read the list. Technical request information may be processed by these providers to operate and protect the service.

You’re in control

Joining is optional. You can ask to leave the list by replying to an early-access email. We won’t automatically create an account or charge you. The landing page does not set advertising or analytics cookies.
