A business is a separate space for your company, with its own information, AI employees, team and customer conversations. In one account, you can create several businesses and join others by invitation.
Where to find it
Open the account menu (your photo or initials at the top right) → “Businesses”. The “Your businesses” page opens.
Inside a business, the business name in the top bar and the “Switch business” item in the business menu lead to the same page.
What the list of businesses shows
Each business is shown as a separate card. It contains:
- the business name;
- your role in it: “Owner”, “Administrator”, “Operator” or “Viewer”;
- the status: “Active” or “Being set up”. “Being set up” means that the initial setup is not finished yet;
- the “Open” button. The business you are currently working with has a “Continue” button instead.
At the top of the page are the “Invitations” and “Create a business” buttons. If you have been invited to the team of another business, a “New invitations” block appears above the list.
How to create a business
- On the “Your businesses” page, click “Create a business”.
- Fill in “Business name” — from 2 to 120 characters.
- Fill in “What it does” — one or two sentences about what you do for customers. It needs from 10 to 2000 characters.
- Click “Create a business”.
The hint under the fields shows what is missing. When everything is ready, you will see the text “The basics are ready. You can add other details later.” To return to the list without creating a business, click “Cancel”.
The time zone is detected automatically from your device. You can check and change it in the business settings.
What happens after you create it
You become the Owner of the new business. The question “What task will we assign to the AI employee?” opens right away. Choose a task and click “Create an AI employee”. For details, see Creating an AI employee.
If you close the page before that, the business stays in the list with the “Being set up” status. Open it to continue.
How to switch to another business
- Click the name of the current business in the top bar. Or open the business menu with the arrow next to the name and choose “Switch business”.
- On the “Your businesses” page, find the business you need.
- Click “Open”.
The “Home” page of the selected business opens. Messages, AI employees, the knowledge base and other sections now relate to that business.
Good to know
- Any user with an account can create a business. The person who creates a business becomes its Owner.
- Your role is set separately in each business. You can be an Owner in one business and an Operator in another.
- Data from different businesses is not mixed: AI employees of one business do not see the information of another.
- To join someone else's business, ask its Owner or Administrator to send an invitation to your email.
